My workouts are designed to take your training to the next level and to help you get not only fit, but healthy as well. I will give you exactly what to do exercise-by-exercise, rep-by-rep. Day by day and week by week! Your workouts are customized by me to help you reach your goals!!
These exercises are designed to be done at home OR in the gym. You can choose either or! It can change from week to week; I am flexible for YOU-we are ALL busy!! Being consistent is the KEY!!
You don’t have to purchase gym equipment. Many of my training sessions are with clients that simply use what I bring to them. You just need a good sound, flat area in which to be able to exercise. You might want to invest in a rubber mat and some hand weights, but normal everyday objects in your house can suffice.
These workouts will be changed as you progress toward your goals and as your physique changes. We will bust through any plateaus or problems you encounter and take you to the best shape of your life!
We will have an initial phone or video consultation to discuss just exactly what your goals are and help you with goal setting. If you need help with nutrition, I can also offer this services.
We will discuss your strengths and weaknesses to determine what is possible for you and so I can share with you specifically how working with me as your health and fitness coach works.
Weekly progress is monitored and accountability is a must! You cannot change your current behaviors if you are not committed to being accountable, both to yourself and your coach!
Most importantly is our goal setting along with consistent motivation and support! At any time during the training you can reach out and ask and my help will be there.
